I have been a loyal customer of the gym as well as the spa. Unfortunately I will no longer be a customer of the spa. Bad service, a lot of confusion between staff and the manager does not have the tools to manage or to resolve customer concerns. I have always thought so highly of the Valley but maybe things are starting to slip :(

Great spa to get a massage. Staff are very professional and friendly.
Had a massage done with Andrea and it was amazing!!! First time with the cupping technique, highly recommend it if wanting a deeper massage. My shoulders and neck were very sore and she really loosened things up!!!! I will be back :)
Spa was exceptional...will definatly come back....
