RecommendedMy mom and I got 1-2 times. A year and get 90 min Swedish massage. I love this place because it’s just the right mix of serene spa and therapy session. The masseuses are knowledgeable and kind, and always making sure I drink more water. 😊
Lori is the most amazing massage therapist I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She communicates well with me to find out what my needs are and intuitively finds the places needing work. I can’t tell you how much I look forward to my monthly visits. Whether it’s a massage for a specific reason or just relaxation she is really the best!

Ashley had me hooked after my first massage with her a few years ago and I have been seeing her regularly ever since. Recently I had my first facial with her and it was AMAZING!! She did such a wonderful job and it was so relaxing. She also answered all of my questions and gave me some great product recommendations!

just got my first massage in 9 yrs and Jenny was awesome gave me lots of info on to do stretches at home she knew what she was doing. Best massage, so relaxing and with deep tissue at some points hurt but after a little while it wasnt so bad. I highly recommend this place and definitely ask for Jenny!!!!!!!!
Jenni is amazing!!! I've never had a massage before and she made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed and met all of my needs! she pays attention to what your body is telling her and she does what's best for you! I dediantly recommend jenni as a massage therapist. Also I absolutely LOVE the VSPA!!! It is very neat and has a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere to provide the best relaxing experience! all the staff are super friendly and helpful.
Anahi is so special, she understands what your body needs. My massage is always so relaxing.
I have been a loyal customer of the gym as well as the spa. Unfortunately I will no longer be a customer of the spa. Bad service, a lot of confusion between staff and the manager does not have the tools to manage or to resolve customer concerns. I have always thought so highly of the Valley but maybe things are starting to slip :(
