Was at the Spring/Market in High Point, NC Purchased a handbag for $190.00 was told it would be shipped in 4-6 weeks. Six months later still no handbag. I have emailed them and called. In the beginning they responded they have another company making the bags, adding a strap to the purse. Now no response and the mail box is full and can’t leave a message. Very Dissapointed

I'm having the same problem as many others. I opened an account and placed an order at Market in High Point in October 2018. They charged my card more than $400 at the time...and I have no ottoman. I have called the number on their website, their showroom, and emailed them multiple times since October, and as of mid-March, no one will respond to me. I'm trying to work with Market Authority to not allow them to exhibit anymore.
