This company will evict you when you ask them to repair things. They endanger their tenants with old stairs and don’t like to fix things. If they fix things in the building they will not let you know. Stay far away.
Best place ever
Been in real estate for a while now and have dealt with plenty of property managers, so I know a good one when I see it. Ty was awesome to work with—super responsive, easy to talk to, and really on top of things. Everything just felt smooth, from move-in to any fixes or issues that came up. You can tell he actually cares, which honestly makes a big difference. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had.
I've had the good fortune of staying at two of V & L Properties now, and I can't say enough about my experience. The buildings are clean and well-maintained, automated monthly payments were a huge step up in convenience for me, and service requests through the app made any repairs quick and efficient! The staff is friendly and courteous. Highly recommend!
