They couldn't measure lenses correctly and after three attempts to measure my progressive lenses, I finally went to my eye doctor in Addison who made the lenses. V Eye P Plano refused to refund me for the lenses which they could neither measure nor manufacture correctly. I even gave them the measurements from my eye doctor and told them machine measuring was required because of my prescription; they refused this guidance from my eye doctor.
