nice job – Everything about Vision City Las Colinas was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and professional. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving and they made sure all my questions were answered. When it came to picking out my glasses they brought me many samples and were truthful when it came to how I looked in them. I will be back. They were professional, fast yet took their time, and very nice.
I have ALWAYS had the best experience when visiting Vision City! I love all the staff and Dr. Patel is absolutely WONDERFUL! There is minimal waiting and they are very attentive! I LOVE THEM!
Good job – All of the staff were customer service oriented. Made me feel very welcome. The technician explained every procedure and it's purpose. The doctor spoke with as if we were family about my eyes and how my new diagnosis of diabetes could effect them. I felt cared for not treated when I left.
I appreciated the common language explanations on the physical nature of my eyes and how the fitted contacts would allow for more relaxed vision through the course of the day.
Courteous and professional. – I lost a pair of glasses I purchased at Vision City almost a year ago. They were able to quickly pull my file and although the frames were not in stock they were able to get the glasses reordered and even provided express delivery. Both the vision tech and the young woman who completed the order were courteous and professional.
This was my first visit to Vision City's new location. Really nice, comfortable environment and excellent service all around! Each member of the staff excelled!
Very involved in all aspects – I have always enjoyed the highest level of service from Dr. Patel and her team. She seems very involved in all aspects of the office, making sure that things are running efficiently (in addition to being a very knowledgeable practitioner, of course). Her staff is courteous and polite. I highly recommend Vision City Las Colinas.
Always Professional and Helpful – The group is always professional and helpful. They act like they have all the time in the world and are never rushed. I am bad and don't go for my appointment in a timely manner.
Very comfortable visit! Any kind of medical appointment makes me nervous but I felt at ease almost immediately.
