I didn't have an appointment! I had a problem with eye pain and they got me in and out in no time! The doctor was very nice! She gave me a prescription for anti-inflammatory and antibiotic drops! Turns out I had an infection behind my eye. The office personnel were very friendly. I'm glad I went in!
Went for a routine eye exam and to obtain a prescription for single vision contacts last Wednesday. I was in and out in the space of 45 minutes. That's amazing for a new patient. The staff was great, the doctor was great, the facility was spotless and I would recommend this eye doctor to anyone I know. They ordered my year supply of contacts before I even left the office, was told I'd get them within a week. I received them yesterday, Friday.....a mere two days later. I had a true eye emergency, I suddenly went blind in my right eye. Dr Bhana and her staff worked diligently to get me to a retina specialist ASAP. As an ICU nurse, I understand the importance of prompt care. Thank you V Eye P!

DR. Roonam B. is very rude and not helpful at all. I feel violated and abused by this doctor. There is not point in buying the protection for your glasses if it only covers defects?? it makes no sense at all.. I don't need to buy protection for manufacture defects... I'll make sure to stay away from this location..
This place has great customer service! Their staff is very knowledgeable about their merchandize and insurance coverage. The selection of sunglasses and frames is amazing and keeps up with what is trendy. I love coming here and always send referrals!
