We have been going here for 25 years. They were never quick with service . This week we were assured when we called b4 hand they were not busy and could have our lawnmower fixed in a couple of days for an event in our yard. Just called and got the rudest customer service from Jane and Brandon. Stay away from this place nobody deserves to be talked to like this. Owners I would look for new employees. Had to pick lawnmower up and find someone who deserves our business.
they were to give me a price to fix my mower and instead fixed it and charged me $99 without authorizing work and then when confronted told me that it was "cheap" and don't understand what I'm complaining about. horrible customer service
If your in the market for equipment or service you should look else ware. They charge more than competitors for everything from sharpening blades to routine service. I recommend Canns-Bilco or Albrights hardward in Allentown. Additionally I have a two year old Toro push behind mower that needed a part replaced twice now. Albrights hardward replaced the part for free under the Toro warranty and V & C charged me 62 dollars for the exact same part replacement. My mower gave out after 8 years, but 4 days from a big event at my home. They made it their priority to get me a mower same day �
