Kewen and office staff put in wrong date of birth for my prescription despite multiple calls and emails could not find my prescriptions for 3 days. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility they said i needed to give my id and i was one who was problem awful treatment. The male office manager will not give his name. I tried to correct it and they didnt do anything and also they are discharging me for them writing multiple wrong scripts and not correcting it after multiple emails and phone calls. I’ve been coming to Dr. Kewan for several months now and I can truly say she is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. From day one I felt very comfortable.
