Every time we're up from Salem, we stop at Uwajimaya. Our daughters have requested to go there for their birthdays because they love it so much. Always a great variety of things & grwat prices. And my daughters love the bookstore inside too!

We make Uwajimaya a family outting, we all climb into the cars, drive over from Vancouver do some shopping, exploring and then lunch...which is fabulous, pick out new recipes and shop a little more...its a great place to teach your children about diversity and culture.
Way too expensive. Everything. But love the anime section. That all the reason i go there. And ofcourse the hot foods. No complain on that.
Love love love this store! My aunt is Japanese and we had exchange students my whole life from Japan, and I just love connecting to this store like back when I was a child. My kids love coming here because the world of anime and science continue to connect the next generation with our kids. I love this!
This place is wonderful! If you find yourself here, find the Milkitas! It's a milkshake candy, and it's excellent!
