They are always helpful and everything is easy to find! The food is always amazing and the atmosphere is really nice~ My favorite store of all times~
Great place. Some prices are too high. Don't sell $8.00 portugese sausage. Bring down your prices. You have a lot of inventory how do you sell all? Deli food is too greasy. Bake goods is wonderful. Every time I shop there once a month you have new cashiers. Mahalo.
Prices of 4 items were wrong. The lady at the CS told me to double check prices, but it shouldn't be a customer's job!!!!!!
I was just there this Monday (5/8) and I suppose I had forgotten my debit card in the reader in the bookstore. The young woman working in the bookstore there tracked me down through the store, all the way to the deli to return it to me! The food and products we bought were very good and we got to see the A+ customer service this store has!
We love shopping here. Also enjoy having lunch there. Sooooo good.
