RecommendedI cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr.Neszta Waymhoff. Normally at urgent care I feel as though Dr.’s tru to reach their “numbers” and fly through patients l. (Hence all of the awful reviews that urgent care is not urgent and quick enough for them.) Dr.Waymhoff made me feel safe. She made me feel comfortable. got in and out fairly quickly
Apparently 2 floors of urgent care. Was sent to basement where three people were seated and waiting to see a doctor. NO ONE was waiting on the first floor. Seems like they don't believe anything is very urgent. We are all still waiting. No one has been called in the half an hour I have been here.
Had a wonderful visit to urgent care on wednesday evening. Everyone was very kind...and did very well with my crazy 2 yr old! Who while not feeling well never slowed down. We waited a little but i would rather have someone with more severity go first! Im super grateful to the Dr forgot her name but my son loved her and didnt want to leave her! Thank you for all you do!
Service on Saturday was very slow. When a person is not feeling well and need a medical professional they should not have to wait almost 2 hours to see one for 5 min. The pharmacy could not fill the fill the prescription because they had problems with the insurance information in the computer. My insurance charges an extra 30 dollars for an urgent care visit because they want you to see your normal provider... The normal provider can't take extra people because they are under staffed.
