A big thank you to our receptionist at the door and then also in the MOHs department. Sincere thanks to nurse Sue, Dr. Xu, Dr. Stees , all very thorough and took time with my dad. Their handshakes, politeness, and smiles made us feel more at ease.
I have always loved UW I worked there for 3 years. I did move on to another job but the caring staff is absoulutley amazing! From the faces you see at reception and nurses or doctors in the halls they are all amazing. I will never go anywhere else.
They treat you like a number, in fact, in the lab area where I was sent, you actually drew a number from a machine just like standing in line at JoAnn Fabric. I had interactions with two registration staff plus an x-ray tech and honestly no one made eye contact with me. Very sad, that the state of healthcare has come to this.
Always happy with my visits. Everyone is very happy to assist you from check in to the medical assistants and nurses to the doctor and check out!! I'm always treated with the best care!! Always no more than 10 min wait if I even have to wait!! And their lab techs are awesome!!!
I'm refereed to this clinic via GHC and have been pleased with the clinic. Rhuematalogy has a great nurse, Justin, he gets you in quick. My rheumatologist, Katherine is usually on time, had to wait once over 20minutes.
Rude staff and a strict bureaucratic, inefficient system. There were a couple nice people, but the majority were rude, unhelpful and didn't seem engaged at all in their jobs. Treated me like I was a big hassle to them. Communication between different departments is terrible. I brought the issues to the complaints group and they completely blew me off, often cutting me off, dismissing my concerns while I was trying to complete a sentance.
