I would rather have a colonoscopy than an MRI of my brain. Yet the staff was amazing!! Every attempt to help me with feeling okay was made. The nicest place to have the work done, and sadly I'm an expert on that.

Dr. Wilson and Sara Dawkins are great! They both made sure JaRon and I understood JaRon's injury and the plan to get him ready for Basketball season.
I was 15 minutes early for my appointment. The doctor however was over an hour later. I understand how things don't always go as planned, and sometimes patients need extra time. I've been that patient, so I try to be understanding. With todays technology, and the MyChart App, it would be nice if they had a way to send a flash/text if your doctor is running more than an hour behind. I could have run my afternoon errands in the morning, instead of having to cancel them all together.
The check in was easy at sports medicine in the lobby. Upstairs we were greeted by a very angry, flame haired woman who was no help at all and super rude. The staff in sports med was very good. One trainer, Malcolm- was excellent. He was very professional. The female trainer who was with him ( I wish I'd gotten her name) was rude and condescending. My son needed an MRI and the checkout staff ( Kristen?) went above and beyond to get him in the same day, including getting him back on after another scheduler lost his spot.
I have been off work for 5 weeks had an mri done I have a torn bicep and a few other problems but wont do surgery. I do a lot of heavy lifting I don't see how cortisone shot and pt will work I have done both and it didn't work Very disappointed!!!
They know a lot and if in doubt they will do more testing. Ty uw!
