RecommendedMy son broke his arm on June 12 and was taken to your hospital. He was under the care of Dr. Roper. I was 9 hours away in Lafayette, LA. His arm had to be reset, and Dr. Roper took the time to call me in the middle of the night to explain everything going on. It was comforting to know he was so well cared for by complete strangers. they need to listen to their patients more nobody can find whats wrong with my mom yet she has an ulcer and blood in her urine and in alot of pain

I had to visit the ER on Sunday. I was treated so well! The staff made me feel comfortable, checked on me often and best of all, helped me on me feel so much better. Great job UMH!!
From the moment the ambulance doors opened - I have been created the same by each and every department and employee. The pride these employees take in the jobs is translated exactly in to how they care for me. Their level of genuine concern can’t be “faked”. An incredible hospital with amazing staff. Small town hospitality with big city technology and services available. We are SO lucky to have them in our community. I'm from Canada and was visiting the area when I had an incident that required medical attention. I had some apprehension accessing healthcare outside of Canada and unsure what the outcome would be. The ER staff from registration, nurses, PA, CT Scan, finance were all very helpful, reassuring, efficient, respectful and professional. My visit although was uncomfortable and painful the staff were attentive and accommodating and it made my short stay tolerable. Excellent work to the ER team.
