Took well over a month, if not longer, and many calls to finally schedule an appointment. I sure hope I'm seeing Dr. Kroeger. I won't trust anyone else. I suppose I'll have to call to make sure, if I can ever get through to someone or somehow get a call back. I like the responses from the practice. They are the same auto-generated messages.
The doctors “might” provide great care but I wouldn’t know! Trying to get in touch with the referral coordinator is an absolute nightmare!!!!! I’ve called multiple times, left voicemails, and was told I’d get a call back within 72 hours of my referral being sent. Still waiting!!!!
Called to make an appointment about a month ago, scheduler did not pick up, so I left a voicemail. I called again a week later since I never got a call back and left another voicemail with the scheduler. It's been weeks and I never heard back. Thankfully I was able to schedule an appointment with another neurology office.
