Having an MRI today I was extremely uneasy and anxious. I had these two wonderful ladies who made my experience so much easier as expected. Madison and especially Erica are very empathetic and sympathetic to your anxiety and panic of these machines. I had a very bad experience years ago with an MRI due to the guy that did it being a real jerk. I am soooo thankful for these ladies! Because of them I know I can do it being alot more calm. My grandma has been going here for a while and the staff who does the mammogram imaging have been always fantastic. However, for a while the front desk lady made the experience dissatisfying due to her unwelcoming and rude demeanor but now I'm so glad to see that there is a new front desk receptionist! Spoke to two different schedulers - one said there was a next day appointment but she refused to schedule me because she insisted we needed to wait days for insurance authorization - which was not true. The second scheduler was friendly and helpful and got me scheduled several days out but unfortunately by the time I called her, the next day appointment was gone.
