Worst receptionists ever. The few times I was able to get in, they have been nothing but RUDE right off the bat. They also RARELY answer phone calls and never respond to voicemails. So many other Peds office, I’m don’t with this place.
I have been calling and calling, leaving messages, tried to book an appointment on the app and nobody will get back to me. This is ridiculous. My son is without his meds! I need to find another place to take my kids to. This has been an ongoing issue

Avoid this practice as best as you can. They have been having a situation with their phones and online services to schedule appointments. We have been trying to contact with them in order to figure out whats wrong for the past 3 days and our 4 month old had an a fever earlier in the week. But these guys are nowhere to be heard from. I had went to the doctor for a check up on my kids and the front desk was very rude. They had changed my appointment with out letting me know. I had to reschedule like 5 times for them to be able to see my kids. They also never answer the phone. Very disappointed..
