Horrible. Utz won't fix the apartments unless you move out. I've been trying to get my bathroom heater fixed for 3 years and they keep blowing me off. Their main guy does absolutely NOTHING. Ask any tenant at shaw on east main and they will say the same. His name is Clay but I call him Mr.lazy. Also the kitchen light burned out and needs to be rewired...I get ignored every week. On Dec.19 I contacted utz real estate about a rental property for my daughter and her family.We did see the property and were interested.We did everything the company ask us to do offered an over double security deposit to secure the house and over the amount ask for the property non refundable because they have a dog.After numerous calls inquiring about the status to date we still have not heard back from this company.Very poor business practices.I tip my hat to Kim and Clay Burton of Remax in hanover.They did more for us i... read more
