PENGUIN did a fantastic job and so good I almost fell asleep.
Amazing people! All of the artists are so talented and sweet. You can feel the "homey-ness" as soon as you walk in. The artists all treat each other like family. I love that! Ashley is an amazing artist and has great conversation. Very funny and sweet gal! She seems to really connect with her clients. Made the experience that much better. I have not gotten a tattoo here yet but I have gotten a few piercings. This shop is friendly and clean and just has a fantastic vibe. Everyone is super professional. Jewelry is high grade and super pretty. All my questions were answered promptly both in person and over facebook and I highly recommend Utopia tattoo.
