I have had the pleasure to have been inked twice here. The apprentice Penguin was great and the patience and knowledge of her mentor Shane was vast. Great atmosphere.

Got my first tattoo from Shane. Everyone was super nice and shane helped me keep calm he also did a great job on my tattoo. I love it and will definitely come back to Utopia.
