I was given a 1 hour Premium Facial Gift Voucher for $135. Arrived 10 min early, but following preliminaries that lasted 15 min, the actual facial session only lasted 45min. Nice girl and I assume did her best but evidently inexperienced. Unusual gap lengths during the various applications that detracted from the flow of the treatment and the intented purpose of a relaxing experience. A first time customer at Utopia and I would happily go back. I booked in for a Crystal Body Exfoliation treatment and was met by the lovely Amelia. She explained the process beforehand so I knew what to expect. She was super friendly and informative. The spa itself was welcoming and very relaxing, and the treatment itself was amazing and a great way to end the day. Highly recommend.
Really disappointed. I have never been but my mother was a regular customer for $130 facial. I needed her help to look after my child while I went to the doctor urgently and she had to reschedule her facial at short notice. She told the person on the phone it was family circumstances as not everyone needs to know my business. She was apologetic and asked to not cancel but reschedule and the person on the other side of the phone said she was being charged a cancellation fee. I loved my experience at utopia. The staff are so friendly and welcoming they explain everything you need to know about what they are going to do and answer any questions you might have
