Stayed in San Clemente and Orange County for several months. Used the Rental Center for temporary housing. Carol was excellent in her asistance and the unit they found me was first class! Will definately use them on my next business stay in Orange County.
For the first time my job is taking me away from home my wife and I decided to lease our house. So we were in the need to find a company that was professional and could be trusted to guard our prized investment I am very glad to have found Utopia Management their wide array of service and knowledge made the whole process hassle free and easy to do give them a call.
Lousy!!! Lousy!!! Lousy!!! As an owner, I can tell you they do NOT manage your investment. As long as they collect money for themselves every month, they could care less if you go broke and lose your investment. They have their best interest in mind, not yours. They were driving my properties to the ground and stealing money from me every month. Every time I turned around they were hitting me with a bill over $500 for things as stupid as "advertising".
