The staff at Utopia Management impressed me with their professionalism right from the start. They are a really a hard working management company, and I have been very happy with all of their efforts.
Armando showed customer service at its best. He was polite and professional. He explained in detail what he would do. He also responded quickly to my water emergency. He should get recognition for his work ethic.
I had the pleasure of meeting one of the workers when he came to my home to repair/replace an outside lighting fixture. He was very polite, courteous and professional. His customer service is A+++ Utopia Management should be proud to have the employees that they do.
Talk about water leaks! Just two days ago we had the dry wall fixed from a pipe leak a few weeks ago, and now we have another one! Armando Zapien came out and fixed this one for us! He is so kind and professional. He really helps us to feel better in a frustrating situation and it is nice to know that they always provide us with next day service.
They came over on a Sunday, to address an urgent issue. They were very professional and efficient. When it became clear that the issue requires a specialized approach, They explained it to us, in a straight forward manner, what to expect and they got the job done as soon as they could.
I¿m taking the time to let you know how much I appreciate the new on-site managers you hired. They have enforced rules and have really made a difference at Plaza Verde. I have been a resident for many years here. But in the time that the new managers have been here I personally have felt more secure even thought there always has been an on-site manager, we have never had the access we have now. I commend you on your wise choice in a great management team!

I am very pleased with the change to Utopia. Bob Schlesier was my landlord here for 5 years and then Bob and Robert helped me in the purchase of the unit. They are both 1st class people.
