Rented a Reefer Unit and signed a contract for one month. Returned the unit 2 weeks later. Since that time, ANDREW COY, has consistently told us that our $1000.00 deposit was in the mail. Here we are 45 days later (contract says deposit is to be returned within THIRTY days), and the only thing they have done was withdrawn an unauthorized $125 fee from our account. A week ago, again I talked with Andrew, who assured me he would take care of this immediately...still nothing!!! I would not recommend ANYONE do business with this... read more

Great folks providing great service!! Whether it's trailer repair, trailer rentals or reefer unit repair, we have always received top notch service. This can be said for all Utility Tri-State locations not just NLR. The owner has put together an excellent team of managers and employees.
you cant go wrong with doing business with the guys at Tri State. they provide great service from the sales team all the way down to the maintenance team. i have bought several trailers and units from these guys and would not do business anywhere else. keep up the good work guys and thanks for taking care of us at Z&E Trucking
