Feb 27, 2025 UTS did work in my neighbor’s yard. (First St El Cajon) The two guys needed to use my driveway and I allowed it. These two guys were great! Very professional and courteous! I hope you can tell them that even though I was not the customer, I am very happy with them and the company! Kudos!!! -Joe
Very loud and obnoxious. Extremely dirty and messy and they are very inconsiderate of personal property. The will damage your car with tree branches due to their carelessness and leave a mess as long as they think no one is watching them.
They came by the other day and ended up damaging sunflowers i had been tending to for 6 months. When I brought it to their attention they seemed very apologetic and immediately offered to buy me flowers and seeds to make up for the damage. Ken came by this morning with two zinnia plants and 3 packs of seeds and some kind words. Thank you for making the extra effort.
They keep coming to our property wanting to check our poles for overgrowth. Keep telling them we have neither. Every week they show up honking and wanting to come in. Every week I prove we have no poles on our property.
The Service you provide in the San Fernando area is unprofessional, they come without any notice, block your driveways and street, do not pick up after themselves and leave their lunch trash all over the street. Stop hiring this company there is no oversite and the supervisors sitting in their trucks dont care.
