Don’t ever have one of their drivers get i to an accident with you. They have garbage insurance and before they will issue you payment, you essentially have to sign a hold harmless document releasing them of any other wrong doing and that it is a disputed settlement that they have agreed to pay. This place and their insurance company Fleet Response is absolute trash and it has taken month to get this far. You would expect a lot more out of a subsidiary of Asplundh.
