I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Sarah Hayden. From her kind demeanor, her sweet interactions with my children, her patience, her responsiveness. I could go on and on. Late December 2025 we had a little health scare with my son on a Friday night. Saturday I was texting Dr Hayden all day with updates and she walked me through the situation. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this pediatric clinic. From the very first visit, they welcomed our family with open arms and made us feel like more than just patients—they treated us like family. Beyond frustrated with this office due to the double standard when it comes to schedule adherence. When arriving on time it has become very common place to wait upwards of 40 minutes to an hour for an appointment. On one occasion I waited 2 whole hours in the waiting room for the appointment before getting seen. Mind you, I’m wresting and trying to entertain a sick and irritable 6 month old the entire time. UPDATE 6/5/26 - We've had very caring and considerate staff experiences with everyone in our most recent couple visits, so I'm updating my review to 5 stars. I appreciate the support provided by everyone and the growth I've seen. PREVIOUS REVIEW: We really love Dr. Hayden. She is exceptional. first off you are made to sign a contract. within that contract is an agreement of mutual respect for time. we arrived 15 minutes early and were not seen until 2.5/hours later. we then waited another 20 minutes for the PA to come in. she did not even exam my child. she took an educated guess within 1 minute of me talking and ordered 1 lab. we got the lab done and never heard from them again with results. i called 3x. never once did i receive a call back with results. i had to take my daughter to another doctor for the exact ... read more
