My kids and I love Dr. Hayden! She’s recently brought in help for sick appointments while Hayden maintains well-visit appointment. The woman there helping (can’t remembered her name) is so sweet and thorough. It took me several years to find a primary care physician for my children and I am so glad we found Dr. Hayden! Even with minor flaws with parking and wait time sometimes, will never outweigh the exceptional care and practice of Dr. Hayden and her colleagues.
We really love Dr. Hayden. She is exceptional. The level of care, concern, and attention she provides has consistently been outstanding. She is easily a 5-star pediatrician. Over time, however, the office itself has experienced a lot of staff transitions and our experiences with support outside of Dr. Hayden have disappointing. On multiple occasions, when calling for appointments or trying to speak with a nurse, the interactions have lacked the support, consideration, and respect that families should be able to rely on. The transition from Dr. Daily to Dr. Hayden was smooth. Both of my boys, now teenagers, love Dr. Hayden. As a parent I love the comfort of seeing the same doctor each time. Dr. Hayden knows the boys medical history so there's no time wasted flipping through charts to get up to speed. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
