We confirmed our 2 appointments from two different family members and we drove to show up and the office was closed. There was no phone call or text- only a text confirming that we were coming. There were 5 other cars in the parking lot with the same issue. Manager please call me. My number is in your system
If possible you should avoid going to this clinic. I saw a dermatologist there this year. Rude, abusive, condescending and vengeful. I am mentally, physically and financially challenged and was taken advantage of because of this. Filed complaint with Hippa and OCR because of how I was treated and because of them handling my paperwork improperly. Tried calling today during normal business hours and evidently they have blocked my phone number this after blocking me on mychart and there is absolutely no reason for this.
I give the facility a 2 star but PA Tara Linville & staff a six star! She was excellent with care and piece of mind during my visit. As was the rest of the staff helping me. Howevery, this facility allows dogs to be in the waiting room and in the exam rooms. Very unsanitary. I'm sorry but if you can't function in public without your dog, you shouldn't be out in public. Especially in a medical facility like this.
