Pretty sure we’re all with the same feedback for the most part. Love my direct care physicians/PA/NP/even the note taking person. But the staff is mess than desireable. As a person with a chronic conditions I am in there ALL THE TIME and the shift downward is palpable. While want to be considered of their needs, as they are often over worked and underpaid but - this is my life here. Dr Horton is such a patient and understanding physician . He really listens to what you say ,makes time for every question and NEVER make you fell like he’s in a hurry. He is also very knowledgeable and up to date on everything!
