Pittman Robert H Md- Bergen Gastroenterology A very patient calming doctor. Gave me advise over the phone when I was not in the area which helped a plaguing problem. Had my colonoscopies with him and always had good results.
The Best Dr. Chalkin is by far the best doctor, his bedside manner far superseded any other doctor. I had four other doctors who were clueless as to what my problem was. Dr. Chalkin assured me that he would do everything he could to help me. He ordered an MRI that the others didn't think of, which resulted in finding the issues, two weeks later I was in surgery. Patient I love this office! Everyone is very professional and kind! Would recommend to anyone needing any imaging studies performed!
upsetting The doctor my wife and I have, Dr.Duininck seems to be a good Doctor. The problem is his nurse Rochelle. She will not return our calls in a timely manner. We have to leave messages sometimes for 3 days before she calls us back. We know she is busy but two or three days is too long. And the operator who answers the incoming calls is worthless.
Family Medical Care I was a patient with FMC for three years and loved it. I never had any trouble getting in to see a doctor and was surprised at the promptness of care. I loved the fact that they are Christian based and even had my doctor and nurses pray with me.
Horrible Customer Care!!!!! Worst in my life. I don't have the patience to write a long review but let's just highlight a few items:o It took 3 different days and appointments to execute a days worth of shots.o There was absolutely NO communication between the front desk, the lab, nurses, and the physicians.o They kept me in clinic operatory room for nearly an hour without human contact.o I have had to do all of the follow-ups and have had to take initiative to ensure my shots were completed.o The list goes on...+ The physic... read more
A Lifesaver I had a medical need to recive an MRI. I tried the conventional MRI but was unable to complete the test due to severe claustrophobia so my Dr. suggested an Open MRI. Upon arriving I was shown the machine and explained what would be happening and I was allowed to have someone accompany me into the room. While undergoing the test the technician kept in audio contact explaining the different noises and checking to make sure I was alright. Overall the best test experience I ever had. I would definitely reccomend.
Wonderful doctors, but the business side is awful! I was a patient at Family Medical Care for many years. One of their doctors delivered my son, and he was a remarkable doctor, even called me at home to check on me, throughout the pregnancies! He's no longer with them, but we all need more doctors like him!
