The outpatient registration ladies do NOT have a clue how they unknowingly can put a worried mind at ease. Don't even get me started on the bubbley pre-op ENTIRE staff. Of my MANY surgeries in multiple states Hillcrest is definitely in the top 3. THANK YOU

I have been using their office since my 2019 pregnancy which was unfortunately a miscarriage. I have seen multiple provider's while there and where I have my preference on whom I liked best I also understand you have to find the Provider that works best for you. We have had a great experience with all of the staff even with a few more embarrassing appts. I adore the woman who does the labs draws. The front office here has been nothing but great and I wish that this same energy was for the medical staff. My experience with this doctor was less than pleasant. He comes across as wanting to answer all your questions sincerely. This may be great for someone with a normal history of pregnancy but not anyone who is high risk. I had an appointment with Dr. Whitham on 11/1/2023. This was my 2nd visit to the clinic but my 1st with Dr. Whitham. It's been good here.The nurses are great so far. There was one time I had to wait a little longer after my scheduled time that day .it was due to the fact that they were really busy, so they fell behind, but they apologized and immediately called me in. My Dr is Windham. I'm not sure if the name is spelled correctly, but he's great too.
