I have been using their office since my 2019 pregnancy which was unfortunately a miscarriage. I have seen multiple provider's while there and where I have my preference on whom I liked best I also understand you have to find the Provider that works best for you. The front office here has been nothing but great and I wish that this same energy was for the medical staff. My experience with this doctor was less than pleasant. He comes across as wanting to answer all your questions sincerely. This may be great for someone with a normal history of pregnancy but not anyone who is high risk. It's been good here.The nurses are great so far. There was one time I had to wait a little longer after my scheduled time that day .it was due to the fact that they were really busy, so they fell behind, but they apologized and immediately called me in. My Dr is Windham. I'm not sure if the name is spelled correctly, but he's great too.
I’m going to be vague since this is personal, but they tried to perform a procedure I did not agree to instead of the one I was there for. They tried to get me to sign a ton of paperwork agreeing to this procedure and got very upset with me when I was asking them questions about it. I had to ask the nurse multiple times to let me speak to the doctor. She made a huge fuss about it and was condescending as hell. The front desk receptionists are incredibly nice. That is the only positive about this clinic.
I haven’t been here in years and definitely not sure if I would say I would be going back. The doctor today was very unprofessional and using violent terms and wording about children although he may have been joking it was still uncalled for. He also instead of listening stated I pretty much have no hope.
