Hillcrest as a whole is full of the most judgemental and unhelpful people I've ever encountered. Even simple things like getting an appointment are unnecessarily difficult and involve people being rude and judgemental.
This is a family friendly practice where each person makes you feel welcome and heard!
We took my aunt here and the people are very kind and very helpful
The receptionist needs an attitude check. My grandma has difficulty talking over the phone and she accidentally called the different location and she was extremely rude to the point she wasn’t even willing to transfer my grandmother over to the correct location and said to call yourself. Disgusting and an empathetic behavior should never be allowed in a healthcare environment.
