Patient Safety and Care Coordination Issues. My mother was admitted to Utah Valley Specialty Hospital twice. Her first stay was acceptable, although response times from staff were often slow. Unfortunately, her second stay, which lasted about a month, raised several serious concerns. My son was admitted there for about 2 weeks. The facilities were comfortable, clean and the view from the cafeteria was amazing (see photo). Speaking of the cafeteria, the food was very affordable and the cinnamon rolls on Sunday were a highlight. The only thing better than all of this was the care we received. Everyone that attended my son made him feel as though he was the top priority. They were always kind and never rushed or dismissive.

Excellent nursing services. Food is delicious. Staff are very personable. Overall we have had a great experience.
