Disappointed with a two doctors at that office I have been to this office on multiple occasions, but have only seen two doctors. Both blew me off and made me feel stupid for bringing my child in (huge contrast from other doctors I have seen.) They are also very busy so I had to wait forever. I decided I would either wait until the day my regular pediatrician is in or if it is so much of an emergency, I would call 911.
Good Doctors - Way Too Busy! Utah Valley Pediatrics has very competent Doctors. But, that doesn't mean all of them are personable! I have had great Doctors there, and I have had at least one doctor who I would NOT recommend. Because they are so busy, you know that they are popular, and therefore competent. But, if you like your child to receive more individualized care, go somewhere else! It gets so busy at UVP, that it's almost like an assembly line of children going through. dr. mccoy is the best hes has been treating my kids for 7 years.
I've been seeing Jackie Romrell ever since we've moved down to Provo. My son had been to two different pediatricians up in Midvale before he was 2 years and coming here had been such a breath of fresh air! Jackie is great with the kids and at working with you and your concerns.I would definitely recommend anyone to this location

We went to this office because we had heard great things about them. We continue to hear great things about them, but our experience was not the best and that’s why I feel I should write this review. My son has special needs and kidney problems. I believe he was treated like a “regular” child. I feel they did not take extra precautions with his already fragile health. This group of pediatricians are 50-50 they are either great or terrible. I'd recommend Mike Gibson or Ruth Caldwell, they are amazing and are sensitive to time and actually look for solutions for you and your children Aaron Mccoy is the exact opposite. As well as most of the other doctors, they make you feel stupid for asking questions and contradict the other doctors opinions.
