I had labs drawn and one of them had to be sent to ARUP at the U. When I called first for the results I was told it takes a full 10 days. The labs did not show up on that 10th day so when I called 2 days later again a nice man at the lab talked to ARUP and they told him it has to be redrawn as there was insufficient blood. Now a I have to get another Oder and go back to the lab again. Everyone there was super nice and whatever they used to put me to sleep......I was out like a light before I knew it was coming.

I’ve needed their lab and imaging services quite a lot recently and they’ve been wonderful. Staff are patient and great at what they do. Phlebotomists are awesome. I can be a “hard stick” but they somehow always get my blood draws the first time. I highly recommend. Lastly, they have generous walk- in hours which makes life easier with chronic illness.

What an absolute joke. You can sit on hold for an hour or wait 5 hours for a call back. But wait, you're not done. They'll call you and cancel your imaging appointment 12hrs before your appointment. They also can't figure out how to send an order to a different provider. Save yourself some time and skip IHC entirely. I promise they are too incompetent to help you.
