Showed up to an empty lobby. They were updating the system so there was some delays. I made a comment about how my baby is sick. The lady behind the desk reassured me, but as I went to leave one of the people behind the computers, whose name is Isaac, mocked me stating oh, we’re updating the system and your baby’s gonna die. Well our last baby did die. I find this gentleman to be very unprofessional offensive and downright cruel. I think he should be stripped of his job. Took 5 x-rays to get my daughters back I think the tech was new. I’m not happy.

My 6-year-old had to come in to get an x-ray, due to the possibility of scoliosis. The staff is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We probably had to wait about 10 minutes after checking in, before we got into registration. After completing the quick registration process, we personally maybe had to wait another 10 minutes. In my opinion, the overall wait was not too bad. To keep my 6-year-old entertained, we did silly videos with funny faces. “This clinic dismisses serious medical concerns. My wife has had two growing lumps, and despite this, they have refused to take her concerns seriously or order a biopsy. Patients deserve to be heard, not ignored. If you want real answers about your health, go somewhere else.”
