Our family has had great experiences across the board at UV InstaCare. This time I went in on a Saturday morning and only had to wait about 10 minutes. Intake with the nurse was quick and the doctor came into the exam room about 5 minutes later. He was personable and listened to me without rushing. Everyone at the check-,in desk was friendly, too. It was a great experience.
Friendly yet professional service. Only suggestion - teaching how to use sling device would have been helpful .
I was very well taken care of. Everyone from the front desk to the x-ray tech were all very kind and helpful. Anytime I have needed help with healthcare, the IHC staff has always been stellar.
We were shuttled off to the ER right away where we had a terrible experience
ihc instacare in Provo. Seems to be racist! We came in and got my son registered to see a doctor. There were three people already waiting, one was having a bad headache . We sat down and a white guy came in, then another couple came in. The next person called to see the doctor was the white guy, who wasn't having any problems walking around!
