i was absolutely amazed by the bedside manners here. every single doctor, nurse and tech felt like a friend and treated me like i was the only person there. that goes for the instacare, ER and the hospital. you can tell they love what they do and care about people!!
I felt listened to and cared for by Dr. Blake. Everyone from front desk to the doctor were great
I used to like this insta care . But coming back this year was the worse experience. We had to wait for an hour just to see the doctor. (I was told it would only be 30 min wait) the doctor sent a prescription over to the pharmacy.. turned out the prescription was not going to be able to be fulfilled because the doctor had not added directions to the pharmacy to get the prescription started. It was a very frustrating experience. Specially cause it was for my child who was in pain.
I went to another doctor on 08/19/2025. And i have a staph infection and im pregnant. And the first doctor at another location totally turned me away. Even when i asked her if she was gonna cut it open. She said no that would hurt and sent me home. I went here on 08/20/2025. I didn't get my doctor's name but he was a very good one. This man wasted no time he knew he had to cut it open and get the infection out. He helped me so much and i can't thank him enough. I say go here cause they actually care.
