Great staff, caring medical personnel, and even wheeled me to the ER when I was septic.
I can't hear a bunch of times for different reasons over the years. Every time I'm here, it's a good experience. The reception is always warm, helpful, and professional. There's always plenty of room to sit, and relax without feeling crowded. The view is phenomenal. Amazing even. All my doctors (and NPs and PAs and other such abbreviations) have been really good, except one. Not that she wasn't a good PA, just rubbed me wrong. I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and thoroughness of the patient lab services. I needed a few ROUTINE blood tests run at this location. And it's taking me 3 visits and 2-3 hours of driving to accomplish this mundane task. As a note, I've worked in sterile lab environments for 14+ yrs and analyze patient blood samples from clinical trials for a living. I might know a thing or two about this process....
