Many of you know I typically don't post on facebook for many reasons but I needed to share a positive buying experience, A CAR!!!!! Just purchased a car from Kole, Lee, and Tiffany at Utah Used Car Sales. This was by far the best car buying experience we have had in the past 20 years. I will go here first when buying a car because this was a hassle free experience. This place was packed and they made sure that everyone was taken care of. Customer service is definitely their top priority.
I had such a fabulous experience with them!!! Kole, my sales guy and Lee the General Manager were amazing! They were SO down to earth and genuine..very honest and high integrity. They didn't try to sell me! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will definitely use their services in the future if needed! I was so impressed!! Thank you!!
The only reason this is not a five star review is simply the wait time was a little longer than anticipated. However they did give us a bunch of swag to make up for it. This was the most hassle free straight up car sale I have ever experienced and they kept the office area tidy and clean as well as the waiting area. Overall great experience and a happy customer.
Unbelievable experience with these guys! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my car buying experience amazing. They went back and fixed things I didn't expect them to, they communicated exceptionally, and they don't haggle on prices. The price of the car was the best I had seen after looking for weeks. Cole, Lee and team were exceptional. If I could rate them 10 Stars I would. I have been telling all my friends and family about these guys. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had!
Drove down to Utah Used Car Sales from North Ogden. Was not expecting to purchase a car that day because I was so expecting that "used car switch and price game", which just makes me mad. Lee was AWESOME! to deal with. I told him my price range and which car I wanted. When he first did the numbers it was about $500 over my budget, no bickering I just told Lee I could not afford that extra $500, he dropped his price and we drove away in our new used Ford Explorer.
