This was our first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and Todd the man was awesome to work with! He helped me from start to finish. I called a bunch of time and he answered any question I had. Verbal promises never met. Why in the hell would you take a deposit to hold a vehicle after the loan has been approved...then not immediately credit it back so you crooked bastards make interest on it for days afterward. If you didn't have the car we wanted we would never would have completed the purchase. Sales tactics are crap!
I recently flew out from out of state to purchase a 2014 Honda Accord Touring. I had the pleasure of working with Matt. He took the time to facetime me and show me the car before I flew out to make sure I was confident in my decision to buy the car. When I go there the car looked and drove great. Both Matt and the finance manager really went above and beyond making sure to work with me on a few things and allowed me to leave feeling confident in transaction.
