As a lifelong dancer and dance teacher I have seen a lot of chiropractors. Dr. Forest is one of the best I have ever been to. He really cares about his patients. He takes the necessary time with each individual to really figure out their troubles and establish a long-term plan for good health.
I have had chronic back pain and have seen traditional chiropractors for years. After just 1 adjustment my lower back pain has significantly improved. I thought the whole adjustment process was kind of ridiculous at first and I just knew it wouldn't work, but I was so wrong!! Thanks Dr. Jeff!!!
Not just a "typical" chiropractor that breaks you in half every other day. They truly help you to become whole with a goal that they never have to see you again because you feel so good
Dr Jeff is amazing! When I started working with him I was taking heavy pain meds and waiting on a surgery date. Because of his work I'm pain free, and medication free, and best of all- I cancelled surgery!!
I trust Jeff completely with my baby and toddler he was so gentle with them and great at putting them at ease.
