This is the most competent chiropractor I've ever met. He doesn't just crack your back. He understands anatomy well enough to know what is causing you pain and then takes the time to adjust it. I have gone in barely able to walk, and left pain free. I first went to him when I was pregnant. I was nervous about it because the only chiropractors I had ever gone to weren't gentle and the adjustment wasn't specific to the individual. Dr. Makin and crew are the best. Always feel better and get a great explanation of my training, racing and aging issues. The best!
Part of my training plan is coming here for adjustments and treatment. Without these amazing people in wouldn't be able to race! They've helped me with chronic tension and whiplash and pulled muscles. Love them!
