Do not let this place rent your property. Arnie Lingwall is the owner of the place and he takes advantage of people who are far away from their properties and looking for a PM. When he found us tenants, he pocketed the first month of rent and he did not even notified us about this, he will let you know later on that you have tenants. He does not do any background check and rents your property to the last people on earth, who would destroy your house. Change in rating.. Customer service average at best
I followed all their procedures when moving out, was still charged for carpet cleaning when they claimed they "couldn't find" my carpet cleaning receipt which I left with the keys exactly where they specified. I moved into this house and found animal droppings in the basement, but was charged when I moved out after I spent a week cleaning and repainting. I also fixed several dangerous electrical issues with the home, and spent $500 installing ventilation ducts that didn't exist when I moved in for the "finished basement" but... read more
We have been well taken care of and they have worked with us on everything! I love the quick responses I get from management and the property is well taken care of. I will hope to remain a tenant of theirs for a very long time!
I have been renting with Utah R and I and have been so happy with not only my home but the staff they where so friendly in helping me find the right home for my family!! The process was very simple and now in my new home I have and will continue to referrer them to friends and family!!
