The doctor and team did great. But I got billed incorrectly. They charged my insurance over $8,000 for botox to treat my migraines. I tried talking to Lakeview hospital, this clinic, and the billing company. Only one person said she would help me. By giving me number and emails to use to contact the correct person to talk to. But after multiple attempts and months and hours of my time. I could not get a hold of that person. And every other person said they could help me with payment plans but that all. I don't have a problem with the doctor I saw. It was a normal doctor visit. The reason for the low rating is the extra bill I received on top of the doctor's bill. I wish I was informed prior to the visit and not in the waiting room when I was required to sign several documents that I was going to be billed from both the doctor and Lakeview Hospital for my appointment.
