After playing a pickup game of flag football, I twisted my knee and was in extreme pain. After one visit with Dr. Choate and he performing FDM on my knee, I was 90% back to normal. My very next adjustment and the rehab exercises I was shown got me back to 100%! I thought I would have needed surgery for sure but FDM and Dr. Choate healed me almost overnight!! Thank you so much!!
