Mara is a cold, uncompassionate person who cares more about her professional elitism than actually helping people . When asked directly what I needed to do in order to continue getting treatment with Ellie she would not answer the question and instead told me under no certain circumstances that I could not continue to get treatment. I've been going here for almost a year now, and the treatment I have received has been next level. I have been working through past traumas that I never thought I would be able to open up about. Before working with Sumiaya I was a complete mess, but through the work with her I am in a place I didn't think I could get to. The therapy I've recieved here has been better than any I've experienced before. Mara is incredibly knowledgeable, and utilizing trauma informed therapy and techniques have been life changing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone struggling with their mental health.
