Disappointing that scheduling set me up with, Jessica Hammett-Gatliff, whom does not have a gynecology background when I specifically requested that. She was not available for days when I had a reaction to a medication she prescribed and they had no other nurse or doctor to even talk to. After that, and learning she does not have the appropriate medical education, I requested a different doctor. Dr. Polin and NP Dove we're wonderful and explained everything about my surgery and aftercare. The only problem I had was the lack of consideration about payment. I had a hysterectomy at the same time as the bladder sling and it cost less than the bladder sling. I was paying on it, but I had surgery and didn't make 2 payments, sent in one in January for which they cashed it, then Elaine Schaefer supervisor sent me a discharge notice since my account was sent to collections, but it was there office that cashed the check. Bryce Bowling is the most hateful, disrespectful doctor I have ever encountered. His bedside manner was one of disgust when I was REFERRED to him for help. His license should be revoked for such horrendous care. DO NOT subject yourself to this mans hatred of women. I have NO clue why he even is in this field except that he must enjoy degrading women in need.
I am so thankful to have found Dr. Bowling. He was able to fix my leakage problems. I wish I had looked for help years ago. I feel so much better. Thank you Dr. Bowling!
