They set an appointment for my bird then proceeded to call an hour later to cancel that appointment. Not giving any regard to the status of my bird. Just that he's not a regular patient and they need to cancel my appointment. That day was the day that worked around my work schedule. She said "make an emergency appointment which would cost 180.00 dollars more.
