I was so disappointed when I left this office. First off I was told to arrive 1 hour before my appointment, which I did . I had to wait 50 minutes after my hour before to see doctor. This is so frustrating and they didn’t care. I felt the doctor/ NP didn’t know what he was even talking about. He could not pull up my MRI and had enough nerve to give me a spill about not being able to pull up on his computer . That’s a lie. I arrived at the UT parking garge 35 minutes before my appointment. It took me 25 minutes of circling all the lots to find a spot. I called the office 12 minutes before my appointment to let them know I was in the parking garage looking for a spot. When I arrived at the office the clock said I was 3 minutes late. The front desk staff was busy chatting and didn't acknowledge me for 4 minutes. Then they said I was 7 minutes late and my appointment would not take place. Very professional. Extremely knowledgeable, they are a legitimate pain management clinic. They offer a lot of different types of pain management And procedures to Target your pain with many different types of combo type therapies and treatment. I deal with chronic pain they have been able to help me considerably. They really put in focus and effort on targeting your pain.
Amazing staff!
I had a Nurse named George. Absolutely awful. I have Parkinson’s. He treated me as if I were not a person. Called to make appointment to come in to see a doctor. I had a spinal stimulator put in. My doctor left. I wasn’t seen after my operation by any doctor.only George Miers, the Nurse. He yelled at me on the phone. I was on speaker. Everyone in car heard him.
