The ICU nurses were great, as well as as lab staff. However, they are very lack iin providing information to the patient. They perform proceedures and dont inform the patient. Dr. Alousa was condescending and pompous. He may be a senior physician and competent at his job, but he is not patient oriented. He Speaks loudly and rudely to the patients, and that is very unprofessional.
